This involves “Understanding My Audience”, the customers who really will make a difference to your business, we work to “Attract” and how you connect with your ideal customers, and “Convert & Retain”, the winning strategies that create more loyal customers and word of mouth referrals.

How Does One To One Business Coaching Work?

You work with me as your business coach in a consultative style with regular one to one meetings. The success of one to one meetings are dependent on you, the business owner, working on and implementing agreed actions in the intervening periods between our meetings.

We also run a team workshop with your key staff and get their input and feedback about the business. I find that there is always so much knowledge and pride within the employees, so getting their views is an important step in building you a better business.

Implementing change takes time, and because business strategies are both short and long term, we want to ensure the decisions we make together last the test of time. As such, my one to one coaching programs generally run for at least 12 months with fees being paid on a monthly retainer. The additional profits generated during the year more than cover the costs of the coaching program. That said, many of my clients have programs that continue for more than the initial 12 month period.
